WHY YOU SHOULD CARE

• you or your family needed a new place to  live and housing was either unavailable or unaffordable.

• you suddenly found yourself in the real estate market looking for a reasonable place to live and realized that the only housing you supported being built in this area was large-lot neighborhoods.
